  2. On "Work Programme" page:
    Click on the "Download Standard" icon in upper right corner of page.
  3. On "ETSI Publications Download Area" page:
    If you have an ETSI account press directly the submit button on the following page (without entering an email address) and then enter your external ETSI (EOL) password when prompted or;
    otherwise register to be a document reader by specifying your email address.

Note that ETSI standards are available for free to everybody!

Note 1:
The MTS TTCN-3 CR resolution meeting on 03 June 2009 decided that the __LINE__ TTCN-3 macro shall be replaced by an integer number instead of charstring (see CR 5087 http://t-ort.etsi.org/view.php?id=5087). This change will be introduced into the planned version v4.2.1. According to the decision of the above mentioned meeting, tools claiming to conform with an earlier version(s) of the standard but replacing __LINE__ with an integer, shall not be considered non-conforming to the earlier version(s).
